  • Once the product is opened, used, or the seal is broken, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • These products are considered personal care items, and as such, we cannot restock or resell them.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Opened or used personal care products (including Hair Fiber and Perfumes)

  • Damaged products due to customer mishandling

  • Minor leakage, fragrance variation, or packaging dents that do not affect product use

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

✅ What We Do Accept

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product upon delivery (must share clear unboxing video and images)

  • In these cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
